In like a lion, out like a lamb. That’s what they say about March. And it proved to be true this year.
I’m tired of talking about snowfall, but we had some in March. More than once. Which led to several delicious cinnamon raisin French Toast breakfasts.
There were a few days where we slid open the sun roof and enjoyed the beautiful blue skies. I soaked up that Vitamin D like I may not see it again for weeks.
Since repainting the kitchen and building an island, I’ve playing with the placement of things. I really like how these beverages look all lined up. Something about straight lines and beautiful colors makes my heart race.
We aren’t all play around here. The Boy and his classmates worked hard on a variety of projects for this year’s S.T.E.A.M. expo. It used to be the science fair, but now they incorporate other skills to appeal to a broader range of interests.
I made a lot of tasty treats in March, too. The majority of them were frozen. I guess I do have warmer weather on my mind!
Did you see these delicious fruit popsicles?
Or these Chocolate Wafer Cookies – they made the best ice cream sandwiches!
One thing that happened in March that was super exciting is that the Boston Red Sox invited me to join their #RedSoxMoms group! I’ll be spreading the word about many amazing family-friendly events happening at Fenway Park. Be sure to read about how your child can see a game at Fenway Park for free this season!
For the month of April, I hope to take more photos of flowers blooming and bright sunny days! Do you have any photography goals for this year?
