Self-high five as I {mostly} stuck to last week’s menu plan! Woo hoo!

Monday: Enchiladas (so many of you ate those last week that I was jealous!)
Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Wednesday: Asian Shrimp with brown rice
Thursday: Turkey Tacos
Friday: Baked fish with vegetables and crab cakes
Saturday: Ravioli and green salad
Sunday: Headed out to eat after The Texan’s rubgy match. It’s their first of the season, so hopefully we’ll be celebrating a victory!
