Last week, we did a great job sticking with our menu plan. That’s what happens when you only have to plan four meals! As usual, I switched up the days that we ate certain things. But that makes menu plans fun, right?
This week, The Texan is back to rugby practice two nights a week. This means more careful planning for easy meals on those nights.
Monday – Turkey Chili
Tuesday – Bleu Cheese Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Breasts with the Best Cole Slaw
Wednesday – Chinese buffet in our kitchen {I love eating with chop sticks, don’t you?!}
Thursday – Y.O.Y.O. {your on your own – left overs!}
Friday – Pizza and salad night!
Saturday – T-BLAT wraps {Turkey Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, and Tomato}
Sunday – Whole Chicken in the Crock pot

I wish I was better at sticking to a menu! I do usually plan out a week or so worth of meals before I go to the grocery, but I don’t plan out what day I’ll have what until the morning of. This week we’re having chicken, chili, fajitas, turkey burgers, and maybe spaghetti.
