Friends, I can feel it. Fall is creeping in. Last week our weather was cool, I nearly wore socks. Yesterday was humid as a July day, but today I’m sitting in the house with our windows wide open. Mother Nature is prepping us for the big change. And, I am not ready. This week, I’m creating a menu plan full of fun and fast fall meals.
A few weekends ago, The Boy wanted chocolate chip cookies. So, I whipped up a batch and froze half of the dough in individual cookie dough balls. We’ll be noshing on those this week after we eat these great meals. you can find my chocolate chip cookie recipe here.
Monday: Homemade caramelized onion, ricotta, and chicken pizza.
Tuesday: Chicken Caesar Wraps with Macaroni and Cheese.
Wednesday: Chicken and Tortellini Soup {we were supposed to have this last week, but it was too hot to eat soup!}
Thursday: Turkey Tacos
Friday: Homemade Chicken Pot Pie
Saturday: Saturday’s during College Football Season means one thing. Chicken Wings.
Sunday: Leftovers or Homemade Chinese Food
When the seasons change, do you find yourself craving different types of foods? What are you making this week?
