In early February, I wrote about how Project Life is helping me document my family’s memories. In that post, I explained that Project Life, it a no nonsense approach to scrapbooking. You don’t need keep a lot of embellishments and product on hand. When Becky Higgins created Project Life she moved the focus of your scrapbooking to your family – to capturing your family’s everyday activities, celebrations, challenges, and your big moments into albums to be cherished.
Recently, a Baby Core Kit was introduced! I am absolutely in love, and since The Boy does not have a traditional scrapbook, I plan to work on a Baby Core Kit to share the story of his first year. I’m excited to get started and know that the Project Life system would be a perfect gift for a new mom. If you’re gifting this at a shower, you could easily insert all of the cards so that mom and dad just need to complete the journalling cards and add the photos!

That’s why, one lucky Nap Time is My Time reader is going to win their choice of a Baby Core Kit, album, and page protectors. A value of over $70! {Note: A digital version is also available. I didn’t really document much of my son’s first year, except with lots and lots of pictures. If I ever decide to have another child, I’m going to make the effort to actually document things like “first steps” and all of those “firsts”!

I’m embarrassed to say that my son’s first year is documented in my life planner! Scribbles of all of his “firsts” in between doctor’s appointments and coffee dates with girlfriends! I can’t wait to create a proper album for him!

I’m working on my little one’s baby book now. My goal is to get it finished by Thanksgiving (he’ll be 18 months old then). If I don’t, there’s not much hope for his little brother’s book to ever be completed!
I love the idea of the Project Life books, but I didn’t realize they came in digital format till I read your post. That sounds fabulous!

The digital version is fairly new. I started on the paper version, but the “stuff” was too much for me. I prefer the digital version because I can put my pages together while watching TV with NO clean up!

I love project life and found out about it shortly after I had my daughter. At the time they didn’t offer baby kits so I started with the Clementine kit but would love to pick up the baby edition to have those baby specific cards that you just don’t get with the clementine kit.
