If you’ve been a reader of the blog for a while, you might remember that I hosted a DietBet game in June of 2014. If not, here’s a little background on the game: you set a wager, commit to losing 4% of your weight in 4 weeks, and everyone who achieves the goal wins a share of the pot. You’re lying if you say that you don’t like money – and most likely you’re lying if you say you don’t need {or want} to lose 4% of your weight.
The great thing about this program, is that you don’t have to commit to eating certain things (or not eating certain things) and you don’t have to do specific exercises (but doing some exercise is going to help you lose that weight). You simply commit to losing 4% of your weight – and you do it in a healthy way that works for you. Of course, I’m not a doctor and I do encourage you to speak with your doctor before starting any weight loss program!
To set myself up for success, I’m going to pack my fridge with healthy and delicious choices. A container of the awesome Almond Butter and ingredients to make a tasty Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie with Kale will help me.
