Did you know that October is National Pizza Month?! In our house, we eat pizza every Friday. It’s become a tradition. Some times we order in, and others we make our own. Stretching dough is not my strong suit. I often poke holes in it, and my pizza is never round. Or square. It’s more squoval. Did I just make up a word?
On days that I don’t feel light fighting with the dough, making an easy English Muffin Pizza is the way to go! I’ve been eating English Muffin Pizza for as long as I can remember. My mother and I used to make them in our toaster oven. Gosh, those were fun times! I am happy to carry on this tradition with The Boy.
A great thing about this recipe, is that it requires so few ingredients. Head to your fridge and grab English Muffins, your favorite Marinara sauce, a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese, and some Hormel turkey pepperoni minis. Assembling these English Muffin Pizzas is kid-friendly, be sure to have them help you.
First, split or open your English muffin. Add a bit of your favorite Marinara sauce.
Sprinkle a bit of cheese and a few Hormel turkey pepperoni minis
Pop into a 350 degree oven (or toaster oven) and cook for 10 minutes. You want the cheese melted and the Hormel turkey pepperoni minis to curl up just a bit.
Once cooked, slip them onto a plate and enjoy!
What’s your favorite topping combo for your pizzas? Have you tried the Hormel® line of pizza toppings?

I love English Muffin pizzas! These are my go to meal when the tiny toddler is being picky! We love to put on ground up brocoli or apples (but swap in bbq sauce) under the cheese to get in our veggie or fruit servings!
I have never made English muffin pizzas before. Brilliant idea!
