Calling it quits on the fun times to make dinner is the last thing on my mind. That’s why I was thrilled to discover LEAN CUISINE® Marketplace meals in the frozen food section of my local Walmart.

Whenever I take a little help from the store with my main course, I use the time saved to whip up something quick. Tonight, I decided to prepare an easy homemade salad dressing. The salad dressing recipe can be adjusted to please your taste buds, too.
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
3 TBSP honey
2 TBSP whole grain dijon mustard
2 TBSP minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
In a small mason jar, combine the olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and lime juice.
I love how the liquids separate based on their density. {My inner chemistry-geek is coming out today!}
Add the remaining ingredients, then put the lid on your mason jar and shake well. If you think you’ve shaken it well enough, shake it some more. You want all of the flavors to combine.
