In high school, history was one of my favorite subjects. I was fascinated by how “things began” and the direction that everything eventually went. United States history was the class that I was most engaged in, particularly with the Presidential assassinations. When I learned that Daniel Day Lewis was going to play the title role in the upcoming movie Lincoln, I couldn’t wait for the trailer to be released.
