Happy July, Friends! I hope you’ve been spending a lot of time enjoying the beautiful weather and having fun!! Here on Cape Cod, we’ve been enjoying every second of daylight and outdoor fun we can get!
Last weekend, we had a blast at an on-field experience with the New England Revolution and hit up the Barnstable County Fair! It was wonderful to spend time connecting with family and bonding with friends.
Because we’ve been super busy, dinners have been quick and easy. Our favorite go-to meal idea for the summer is a charcuterie board. The great thing about a charcuterie board is that you can add everyone’s favorite items and there’s little clean up!
A quick dinner means there is more time to enjoy a delicious after dinner treat, too. Because summer is all about dessert. At least, in our home it is! And what is more fun than a delicious Ice Box Cake with Crispy Rice Cereal?!
