As women, it’s tough to know what we want in a man. Our preferences change as we age. After reviewing this infographic from the Millionaire Dating Site, I’d have to say that I agree with most of the results. The sample pool was small, with just over 4600 respondents. It’s always been important to me that a man be financially secure, of course that meant different things to me over the years. In my early twenties, it meant that he had a J-O-B. In my mid-twenties to early thirties, it mean that he was passionate about his career and was on an upward path. For me know, it means being able to provide a roof over our head, food on our table, and clothing on our backs.

Interesting stats! I must not be the normal woman. Of course I like being able to pay the bills, but that is the least of my concerns when it comes to my husband. I want to know that he’s faithful to me, that he will do anything to make our marriage work, that he’s a good dad and a strong spiritual leader in our family. The money is completely secondary. I can provide for my family—I’d do whatever it takes—but I can’t be the dad.
Oh, and I DO NOT want a man just like my dad. That is completely off the mark for me, too!
Isn’t it interesting to see what women say they want, what they really want, and what they “accept” in men?
