- (4) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1.5 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper (you could also use cayenne to make these even spicier)
- 1 c. canola oil (vegetable oil can also be used)
- 1c. hot wing sauce (I use Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce), use more as needed
- ranch dressing
- blue cheese dressing
- Slice chicken breasts into bite size pieces and set aside.
- In a paper bag or airtight container, mix together flour and seasonings.
- Add chicken to the flour mix, close or seal bag/container and thoroughly coat chicken.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Slowly add chicken in a single layer, being careful not to splatter oil.
- Fry until chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden brown. Repeat as necessary to cook all chicken.
- Place chicken in a large bowl with 1/2 bottle of hot sauce and turn several times to evenly coat each piece with sauce.
- Serve hot!
