I was a bit intimidated by the thought of creating a website of my own. I was looking for an online website builder that would be easy to use because my brain doesn’t “work that way.”
For whatever reason, I do not easily comprehend the technical side of websites. Sure, I have a blog of my own and I move things from here to there, and there to here. Folks, I’m using a template here. I’m not a fancy prancy designer. Yet. I would love to develop my website from start to finish. That is one of my stretch goals.
To be able to say that my brain does “work that way” would be such an accomplishment! Perhaps as my small business grows, I will make the time to learn website design and build one of my very own. I know that I would want a page listing the products, another for details about me, and a contact page. And, there should be a page of frequently asked questions, too. I have this nearly worked out in my head. Now, just need to learn the design piece!
Have you designed your own website? What tips and tricks could you share?
