Friends! Isn’t it time we all took a break from the harried thing called life and looked at how we’re feeling and what we are really doing with, and to, our bodies?
I talked earlier this year about my one little word, and committing to that word sparked another word – health. Right away I thought – how can I be present if I am not healthy?
When I heard about the Shaklee 180 blogger program, I signed up right away and kept my fingers crossed that I would be one of the lucky, fortunate ones to be chosen. And I was. You can read more about my Shaklee 180 experience here and watch a few videos on YouTube.
A fellow Shaklee 180 blogger shared the 100X100 challenge with me. Yep, I signed up right away. And then I read about it. It’s a commitment to walk, run, bike, jog, crawl, or swim 100 miles in 100 days. It kicked off yesterday, May 1. I’m a little late sharing it with you. Sorry. You have plenty of time to make up the mileage.
