When you were pregnant did anyone tell you that children grow like weeds? That most of the items you receive as shower gifts should be returned for gift cards so that you’re able to clothe your kiddo past his first birthday? Nope, no one told me that either.
I have tried to shop thrift stores, but it seems the items available are too stained or outdated. It’s too difficult to shop end-of-season sales because you just can’t tell what size your little one will be wearing an entire year later. The Boy will be three in July, his current size is 2T on top and 18 month on bottom. I’ve had to purchase 2T pants to get the proper length {don’t want his little legs to be cold}. Shopping for him has been such a challenge.
