Did you know that November is Diabetes Awareness month? Nearly 30 million children and adults in the United States have diabetes. There are another 86 million more have pre diabetes and are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Those are scary statistics. Chances are you or someone you love has a form of diabetes. I hope you’ll take some time this month to discuss managing the effects of diabetes with them.

Great tips – 2 & 3 are so important because any sort of wound or skin injury can go bad quickly and you may not even notice if you have diabetes.
