I didn’t want to say this out loud, or write it down, but I think that maybe, just maybe, SPRING MAY HAVE ARRIVED IN NEW ENGLAND! We’ve had the windows open in our house for parts of the last two days, and we’ve been outside, too. A lot. I spied these little flowers growing, too. Do you know what they are?

The warmer weather means that we’re getting active – more fresh air and more exercise. It’s important to me that my family is healthy. Part of being healthy is being active.
