This month I’ve been in a funk. Not about anything in particular, at least nothing that I can pinpoint. This funk has consumed me. I forced myself out of it when the sun started shining on Memorial Day. The last few days I’ve felt better and my head is clearer.
Because of the funk, I feel as if I didn’t try very hard with the Shaklee180 program. Now I feel guilty for that. I should have, and could have, hit my goals already. And I didn’t. If you know me in real life, than you can imagine how much that is getting to me. Perfectionist tendencies aren’t good.
Now that the video is out of the way, I want to remind you to come back tomorrow where I’ll share my month 3 weight loss totals – pounds and inches – and a new photo!

The Shaklee180 program offers smoothies and meal bars, too. I’m not a bar person, so the smoothies work for me. Thanks for cheering me on!

man I would have loved to have gotten on this program. I am going to be working really hard the next few month to lose the mommy belly. Keep it up you can do it!

It’s really hard to stay on track sometimes, especially when I feel that the scale is working against me. I’m really trying to focus on the inches, though. Those keep coming off!
