Hello Friends! I am back with another exciting update about my Shaklee180 journey. I’ll cut right to the good stuff, I know y’all are dying to know where I am in terms of pounds lost and inches vanishing. So far, I am down 12.5 pounds and 24.3 inches. Would you believe that I am .25 pounds from my goal weight? Sometimes, it’s not so great to have such an accurate scale!
Despite having to turn our heat back on to start the month, it’s warmed up and I’ve been spending a lot of time outdoors. My mom was visiting for 10 days, and while I did a lot of walking with her, I also did a lot of margarita drinking and lobster roll eating. I think that if I chose to avoid the last two margaritas I would have lost that .25 pounds! What can you do, though?
Last month, I was in a funk. It seemed that nothing was working and I was feeling so discouraged. Thankfully, I was able to get out of my head and talk myself back into a positive mindset. I did see the scale hit my goal weight for a day, and then nudge back up a wee bit. Our summer bucket list has us doing a lot of fun outdoor activities, and I’m confident that I will achieve my goal weight for more than one day!
As a family, we’re eating healthier (yay!) and being more active, too. With an almost four-year old, it’s easy to play games outside and run around. I’m looking forward to long days at the beach, playing in the water and taking long walks looking for shells. Those days are the best days.

WOW! 12.5 pounds and 24.3 inches!!! That is a celebration and I’m so proud of you! You are so close to your goal weight! I cannot wait to see the before and after photos! YAY!

I’m so close to my goal, but I can’t seem to get there. I’m knocking, but it won’t let me in. It’s frustrating, but I hope to achieve it soon.
