Summer is still in full swing on Cape Cod and we’re savoring every moment! We’ve been enjoying the hot weather, eating ice cream, watching sunsets, and kayaking. So much fun. I don’t want the summer to end. But, like all good things, it will soon.

Around here, it’s been too hot to bake. So, I made these fun no bake cheesecake bites. Delicous. And easy. Total win for busy moms on hot summer days!
