We’re in the final stretch of summer! I can’t believe that we’ll be back to school and routine next week! It’s really bittersweet. I’ve enjoyed the lazy, leisurely days of summer where we don’t have to be anywhere; but my type-A self needs to be back on a solid schedule!
I am hopeful that routine will give me more time to tap into my creative side. For now, I’m thinking about making a few back to school survival kits for the incoming Kindergarten moms.
Tomorrow we have our back to school picnic. I’m so excited. Based on our last name, we get to bring dessert. YAY! I’m going to make double chocolate cherry cookies to share with everyone.
