Happy Wednesday, Friends!
Things have been busy around here. I turned another year older on Saturday! And, the celebrating hasn’t stopped. I’ve been eating and drinking in unbelievable quantities. You would think I was on vacation or something.
As of this morning, I am bucking down on my half marathon training – next race is on October 2! These tips have helped me sleep well during half marathon training, and if you’re training, I hope they help you too!
