Hello, Friends! I hope your week is off to a great start. Things here a busy, but productive. At times, I feel like a hamster on a wheel. Just running around, not getting anywhere. Cleaning out my desk and setting up my workspace has helped me feel more productive. This feeling has translated into real life, as I’m knocking out small projects here and there.
Winter is back in our area, which has me baking. My tastebuds love the freshly baked treats. My hips? Let’s say I haven’t asked them. Today, I’m thinking of whipping up a batch of these delicious coffee cake muffins. The recipe is super easy to follow, you should make some, too. They’re a perfect afternoon pick-me-up; and great for breakfast!
