I love Boston. It is by far my favorite city in the United States. There is always something to see and do. So much that, in fact, you are likely to miss out on many things when visiting. Which is what happened when my in-laws visited us for the first time in the summer of 2009. {I blame a small part of their poorly guided tour on the fact that The Boy was only six weeks old when they arrived!}
When I was presented with the opportunity to review Deborah Bradley’s Boston Tourism Essentials E-book, I was thrilled. I knew this book would be full of all the sites my in-laws must see during their next visit! The book is 16 detailed pages packed with must-see sites. If you like history, be sure to check out the Freedom Trail and Fenway Park. {We did manage to check these out!} Are you a book lover? Be sure to visit the Boston Common where the statue of “make way for ducklings” can be found. {Yep, we missed that one. We’ll hit it next time!} Included in the e-book are great museums that you must visit. Like the JFK Library. Which we missed, despite the fact that it is one of my favorites.
You can see that even though Boston is a stone’s throw away for me, I am a poor tour guide. On a good day. Boston Tourism Essentials E-book is a must have for everyone visiting! If you’re heading to Boston for Labor Day weekend, or any other weekend, you can get a free copy by signing up for the Boston Event Guide Newsletter!
