I decided that 2012 would be the year that I readjusted my attitude and began living the healthier lifestyle one step at a time that I’ve always desired. And now you can too and I want to help you!
Each month I am incorporating temporary exclusions or lifestyle changes that will help me towards my goal. For example this month I will only cook meat once a week. That’s the only change I will focus on and that’s it. Simple enough right? Now it’s your turn.
