Today, Fenway Park officially turns 100 years old. The celebration at the park will be huge, much like the day that the first set of turnstiles spun around. So much has changed at Fenway over the years, but many things remain the same. There is a high definition screen displaying the photo of who is at bat, yet the scoreboard is manual.
To me, Fenway is one of the most beautiful and spectacular places to watch baseball. There is hardly a bad seat in the park. The seats are tiny and you get to know your seat neighbor very well, but that doesn’t matter. In my mind, a brand new park cannot compare. I love walking the same steps that fans took decades ago, and knowing that they held the same hope for the season in their hearts that I do today.
I am fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to visit Fenway many times. Here are some of my favorite {and more recent} memories of Fenway.
What are your favorite memories of Fenway Park?

It looks like you had such an amazing time when you went. I have never been to Fenway Park. I look forward to going one day though.
PS: I’m stopping by from the Feed Me Friday blog hop.
