Fail. That’s how I feel about last week’s menu plan. The good thing about not sticking with a menu plan is that you can simply push those meals to the next week. I suppose not making more than half the things I wanted to last week isn’t such a bad thing after all!
I did, however, manage to bake those cookies! Who can resist a good chocolate chip cookie?
Monday: Chicken Stroganoff. This is a new-to-us idea, and I’m hoping it’s delicious. We’ll have it with salad and bread.
Tuesday: Chicken Caesar Wraps with Macaroni and Cheese.
Wednesday: Oven-Roasted Chicken with asparagus
Thursday: Risotto with peas and mushrooms. I may add shrimp or chicken instead of scallops. Either way, this is one tasty dish!
Friday: Homemade pizza with chicken, caramelized onions, and ricotta cheese.
Saturday: Saturday’s during College Football Season means one thing. Chicken Wings.
Sunday: Vegetarian Lasagna with salad and homemade bread.
