In the warmer months, the only shoe you’ll find on my feet are flip flops. At last check, I had over 20 pair. But, I only have one pair that are all natural, all recyclable, and all comfortable. They’re my VOS Flips.

These flip flops are lightweight, and super comfortable. Typically, I select flip flops that have the toe separator. I was a bit reluctant to try these on for fear that my foot would slip around, I’m happy to report that didn’t happen. Their initial efforts focus on Guatemalan under privileged communities. Vos Flips are primarily working with the rubber producing communities that cultivate the raw material used in our FLIPS. They’ve also partnered with the Gremial de Huleros and AgroSalud to assist and support over 500 rubber plantation workers and their families with health care, education, and improved living conditions.

They also source their rubber from the Hevea Brasiliensis rubber tree. Using renewable resources ensures their product will be available for years to come, and provides a viable resource for the community. A rubber tree forest has an extended lifespan, a single rubber tree can produce for 30 – 35 years! That is amazingly eco-friendly!
