I love your list! Going to the beach is definitely among my favorite things about summer too. Outdoor showers are a bit too cold for me though, so I prefer the indoor kind.

I loathe summer. I used to enjoy it before I moved to Oklahoma but it is like living in a blast furnace.

Is it really that hot in Oklahoma?! We lived in Florida prior to Cape Cod, it was always hot as blazes there! One day I hope to live in a warm climate again.

We had 26 days in a row of 100+ degree weather. It’s been miserable. I am always checking the weather in Orlando and it’s been cooler there.
Pretty much, I go nowhere in the summer here. I am from Chicago and although it can get warm on occasion, it’s nothing like this. I remember it snowing one year downtown on May 7th. I miss it.

Yes, I recall those hot days. During July/August we’d rarely go out…now during January/February we rarely go out but for different reasons! Hope things cool off for you soon!

Many of these are my favorites too! We love the Red Sox in our house, I can’t get enough of the beach, I could live in sundresses, and hanging out with my daughter is priceless.
Love the list!!
