I know you’re curious…yes, we are STILL digging our way out from all of this snow! What a winter wonderland we’re living in! So beautiful and peaceful. The Boy had SEVERAL days off from school. And what is there to do on a snow day full of wind gusts but bake?!
These mini coffee cake muffins were so delicious that I’ve made them twice. Trust me when I say you need to make a double batch!
And, I made these AMAZING trail mix cookies. These are to die for. Make a double batch of these as well.
We’re getting ready for more snow at the end of the week and some for Sunday night into Monday. Keep your fingers crossed that my shovel doesn’t break! For now, I want to see what YOU have been up to! I can’t wait to pin your great projects to my Whip It Up Wednesday features Pinterest board. Have you seen them?
Time to show off what you’ve got for #WhipItUpWednesday!!
Please do keep in mind that a handmade craft is either homemade or made by hand – not something you’ve purchased. It includes recipes, paper crafts, sewing projects, decorating ideas, photography, furniture transformations and much, much more! This handmade linky party will be open until Monday at 2pm EST. I’d love it if you’d grab the button and include it, and a link back, in your post or on display it on your blog. Not required, but very much appreciated.
Just a friendly reminder, please do not link up giveaways, links to your shops, or any post that is NOT a recipe, craft, home decor or another PROJECT that you’ve created. Those links will be deleted without warning. Thank you!

Thanks so much for hostessing Emily! I’m definitely trying that muffins recipe, we’re supposed to get about a foot of snow here in Colorado today as well. Not quite that Nor’Easter on the east coast, but still…..definitely baking weather 🙂

We’ve been having way too much baking weather here! It’s killing my waistline! 🙂
