HELLO!! Can you believe it is Wednesday already?? Monday was a holiday here in Massachusetts. I know that not every state recognized Columbus Day, but Massachusetts does. We have a lot of holidays here, which means lots of four-day school/work weeks. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.
As things start to cool down here, I’m craving comfort foods in a major way. I’m thinking of these Salsa Mac & Cheese bites for dinner tonight.
And, we’re going to have these AMAZING Sweet Cream Blueberry Muffins for dessert. Perfect dinner, right? Muffin Tins for the Win!
