It’s been busy on Cape Cod, friends! Spring baseball has started, school play rehearsal is underway, and last week we had Spring Break! PHEW!! I am so glad we’re back into routine. I thrive on routine, as you may know!
Spring means lots of half marathons coming up! I feel so much better, physically and mentally, when I am running consistently. I should remind myself of that when I start to get lazy and make excuses! There’s more to half marathon training that just running. It’s important to fuel your body with delicious food. With our cold, rainy spring weather, I’ve been cravin comfort foods. This baked chicken ricotta pasta is perfect for fall, and for half marathon training!
I’ve been trying to cut down on sweet treats, but can’t seem to convince my family that they should do the same! So, I made homemade chocolate ice cream! Chocolate ice cream is not my favorite, so it’s easy for me to say “no thanks!”
I can’t wait to see what you’ve been whipping up on Wednesdays! I’m pinning what you’ve shared to my #WhipItUpWednesday board on Pinterest – be sure to follow along if you’re not already!
Please do keep in mind that a handmade craft is either homemade or made by hand – not something you’ve purchased. It includes recipes, paper crafts, sewing projects, decorating ideas, photography, furniture transformations and much, much more! This handmade linky party will be open until Monday at 2pm EST. I’d love it if you’d grab the button and include it, and a link back, in your post or on display it on your blog. Not required, but very much appreciated.
Just a friendly reminder, please do not link up giveaways, links to your shops, or any post that is NOT a recipe, craft, home decor or another PROJECT that you’ve created. Those links will be deleted without warning. Thank you!
Thank you so much for continuing to host this great party. Have a lovely week!
