Almost everyone that I know loves Chicken Caesar Salads. Simple and easy. What’s not to love? Here’s a foolproof recipe to make everyone’s favorite salad even better! This recipe serves four.
Ingredients:
4 Boneless, skinless organic, free-range chicken breasts
2 Heads Organic Romaine lettuce {time saver: use bagged lettuce instead}
1 bottle of your favorite Organic Caesar Dressing {you could make your own, but I never have}
Your favorite croutons
Parmesean Cheese for garnish
Cooking Instructions:
Marinade the chicken in half of the Caesar Dressing for at least two hours, but overnight is preferred. Place marinaded chicken breasts in saute pan over medium-high heat. Cook 4-5 minutes per side. {The internal temperature should reach 165}
Meanwhile, chop lettuce and combine with Caesar Dressing and croutons.
Once chicken is cooked, cut into bite sized pieces and add to salad. Garnish with Parmesean Cheese
Serve with garlic bread.
Marinading the chicken incorporates the Caesar flavor throughout the meat. This will enhance your salad and have your guests {and husbands} asking for more!
