One of my favorite things to do is plan our family meals. Typically, I do our meal planning on Wednesdays because I do our grocery shopping on Thursday. Since I didn’t want to miss out on the Menu Plan Monday fun, I thought I’d post what we ate last week.
Meatless Monday: Swiss Chard with Cashew Creme Sauce
Tuesday: Turkey Tacos
Wednesday: Jamaican Grilled Chicken Wings with mixed green salad
Thursday: Crab Cakes, Sweet Potato Fries and mixed green salad
Friday: Crockpot Chicken Fajitas
Saturday: Barley Risotto Primavera
Sunday: Turkey Chili with cornbread
