Last week, I did a {fairly} good job of sticking to our menu plan. I switched around a couple of days, skipped a couple of meals because of leftovers and the fact that I forgot the Red Sox Season Opener versus the Rangers was Friday night which meant NO COOKING for me. {No, we didn’t attend the game. We suffered through watched it on television.}

Meatless Monday: Ravioli with green salad (skipped last week!)
Tuesday: Garlic Baked Chicken with Sweet Potatoes
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Salad with avocado dressing
Thursday: Jamaican Grilled Chicken breasts with a side dish to be named later
Friday: Red Sox Home Opener vs. New York. Another NO COOKING night for me, so I’ll run to the fish market for Lobster Rolls or Crab Cakes, or both! The Texan would like both, I’m sure.
Saturday: Asian Shrimp with Rice (skipped last week!)
Sunday: Salsa Chicken with Black Beans and Rice
