Here we go again, friends!
Another weekly menu plan; planning our weekly menu is saving time and money. Both things I love to save! Last week, we stuck to our menu plan, except for the turkey chili. Surprise invitations for dinner with friends is always welcomed in my book.
Here’s a look at what we’re eating this week:
Monday: Leftover Super Bowl food. I made garlic hot wings, my soon-to-be-famous artichoke and spinach dip, and served chips with onion dip. Everything was delicious. Especially the wings!
Tuesday: Homemade Lasagna and freshly baked bread. Making lasagna is one of my favorite meals to prepare. It’s quick to put together, and leave your house smelling absolutely amazing.
Wednesday: The Texan’s Jambalaya
Thursday: Burritos or Tacos.
Friday: Homemade pizza. My favorite homemade pizza is chicken with pesto sauce, tomato, and onions. Second favorite – buffalo chicken. Maybe we’ll make two smaller pizzas this week!
Saturday: Leftover buffet
I’m not planning anything for Sunday, let’s cross our fingers for a family dinner out at one of our favorite local spots!

Breakfast for dinner is my favorite, but my husband hates it! Funny, when we go out for breakfast, he’ll order Steak & eggs.
