It’s so hard to get back to reality after a weekend getaway. The Texan and I went to Portland to celebrate our “early-versary” and had an AMAZING time. We ate great food, relaxed and reconnected. Now, it’s back to realty…

Monday: Pumpkin Risotto with Cranberries
Tuesday: Marlboro Man Sandwiches (we make these with chicken)
Wednesday: Crock Pot Meal
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Our Anniversary! Dinner out, I hope.
Saturday: Jamaican Grilled Chicken Wings
Sunday: Baked Ziti

PUMPKIN RISOTTO??? That sounds AH-MAZING! I may need to work some magic in the kitchen for dinner tonight. Yum! Happy Early-versary btw 🙂
We shall see how it turns out. I saw a pre-packaged mix this weekend & said “Oh, I can make that from scratch. Who needs a mix?” Let’s hope I can make it taste good!
