It’s back to reality for me today. After a long, fun weekend of beaching it, I need to get my house back in order and eat something that isn’t served with ketchup and/or mustard on it. I’m sure you know what I’m going to say next…last week’s menu plan was an epic failure. Honestly, I don’t know what we ate for dinner. We were so busy most nights, gosh, I wonder if I forgot to feed The Boy. {Just kidding, he’s on an oatmeal kick and ate it every night, Monday through Thursday, last week!}
This is what we might eat at our house this week:
Monday: Thai Chicken salad with crunchy noodles { a modified version of Rachael Ray’s Thai Beef salad recipe}
Tuesday: Grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches with garden salad
Wednesday: Grilled fish with sweet potatoes
Thursday: Taco Thursday! Turkey Tacos with all the fixings…including this Easy Salsa
Friday: Steamed Lobster with corn on the cob {missed this last week, fingers crossed that we don’t miss it again!}
Saturday: Family beach day – turkey burgers and dogs, grilled chicken on skewers
Sunday: Beach leftovers
