Last week, I did a great job sticking to our meal plan. There was one night that I was super close to caving and ordering wings from a local restaurant, but I fought the urge and cooked. And you know what, the meal was delicious and much healthier than delivery would have been.
Sadly, we have a lot of rain in the forecast this week, which means I’ll be using the stove again instead of our new grill. Have you ever thought “Hey, I haven’t used my oven or stove this week. Have I?” I had that moment yesterday. And, it felt great.
This week’s menu is so simple, I’m hoping that I can stick to it.
